Children love to sledge in winter, so don’t forget to bring one along or simply hire a sledge. Sledging is winter fun for the whole family.

In the winter sport resorts in and around Braunlage you have varied opportunities for sledging.

Our child-friendly hotel in the Harz has a lot to offer when you come back from exciting sledging fun and skiing. Children can enjoy our kid’s play and game room and on our children’s menu they will find tasty food.

Friday and Saturday evening snow tubing with floodlights

For school classes and groups on request on Thursdays possible.
We offer special times and special rates for groups of 15 or more.

Enjoy sledging fun with a view towards mount Brocken. Torfhaus offers sledging fun for the whole family and you don't have to pull the sledge up.

Similar to the ski lifts the people are pulled up pulling the sledge behind them.
