Liebes Management, dies ist eine konstruktive Kritik.... Es ist total anstrengend Gast in Ihrem Hause zu sein,das Interesse der Mitarbeiter:innen am Gast ,ist nur vereinzelt zu merken.... Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist einfach nicht gegeben: Frühstück ist okay, aber auch nicht super... Eierspeisen [ Spiegelei] muss erfragt werden, es gibt kein proaktives zugehen auf den Gast.... Wenn der Gast nicht aktiv " Guten Tag etc. " sagt hat verloren... Die eigenen Arrangements sind nicht bekannt. Die Mitarbeiter:innen fehlt die Führung, es wirkt auch schmuddelig, im Kaminzimmer waren Kaffeeflecken ,auf der Fensterbank und Fensterrahmen verteilt, doch die Osterdeko war davor gestellt.... Der Gast muss den Gastgeber: innen hinterherlaufen.... Klar Personalmangel kennen wir alle,doch das darf nicht das Problem des Gastes sein.... Das Schwimmbad ist zu kalt,das muss man wollen.... Das Hotel hat es geschafft, das wir unsere Slyvesterbuchung absagen werden. Ich hoffe die restlichen Tage bis Ostermontag werden besser..... Sehr schade, das bedeutet für uns, das wir eine neue Unterkunft für den Winter suchen

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt zu zweit, kostenfreien Aussenparkplatz, schönes, renoviertes Zimmer, sehr freundlicher und kompetenter Service, der über alles umfänglich informiert, Saunabereich vollkommen in Ordnung, Massagen toll, Frühstück und Abendessen lecker und reichhaltig, der Küchenchef ist für jeden Gast ansprechbar und gibt gern Auskunft, die Cocktails sind liebevoll zubereitet ...wir kommen bestimmt wieder!!!

Wir waren leider nur zum Essen dort, es war ein Traum. Wir haben ein candle Light dinner bestellt und es war von Anfang bis Ende einfach perfekt.

Vorweg: ihr müsst einen etwas längeren Text lesen, kürzer konnte ich mich nicht fassen. Reise Mitte Frebruar 2024. Wir wollten anlässlich eines Geburtstages ein paar Tage Wellnes machen und es uns uns gut gehen lassen. Angekommen war der erste Eindruck vom Eingangsbereich schon mal kein 4* Hotel. Einfach und nicht sehr einladend. Innen angekommen macht es einen besseren Eindruck. Sehr modern und sehr sauber. Wir waren zu dritt, haben beim Einchecken nur einen Schlüssel bekommen. Hatten wir auch noch nie. Zimmer: das Zimmer ist ein ganz gewöhnlicher 3 Sterne Standard. Die Kissen schlecht, die Decken zu dünn. Zur Bergrüßung stand für uns 3 Erwachsene eine 0,7L Flasche (18 Cent no Name) Wasser mit !2 Gläsern auf dem Tisch. Da hat sich echt Jemand Gedanken gemacht.Es wurde auch in den 4 Tagen Aufenthalt nicht wieder aufgefüllt. Minibar (Kühlschrank) nicht vorhanden. Schön war, dass das Zimmer einen Balkon hatte. Frühstück und Abendessen: Frühstück wie in einer Reha Klinik. Zwar irgendwie alles da, was man zum Überleben braucht aber keinerlei Highlights und nicht mit Liebe gemacht. Auch nur höchstens 3 Sterne. Weite Wege, mega hartgekochte Eier (kriegt man kaum runter) Saft ein Billig-Produkt, Rührei Tetrapack. Kaffee ist gut, aber das macht ja auch der Profi-Automat. Abendessen für 36,00 Euro pro Person / je Abend: Im Fahrstuhl hängt jeden Tag der QR-Code zum Scannen wo das Abendessen beschrieben ist. Es steht: lassen Sie sich verwöhnen - wie servieren Ihnen regionale harztypische Produkte. Freude: dann die Ernüchterung. 1 warmes Fleischgerich (hochwertige Pute) ein Fischgericht (Tilappia) ein vegatarisches Gericht. Eine Suppe, verschiedene kalte Sachen. Alle Abende "Marktgemüse". Fad und immer gleich. Das einzige was hier vielleicht regional und harztypisch war, war der Harzkäse. Den gab es morgens und abends. Getränke extra. Nichts enthalten. Viel zu teuer für das was da geboten wird. Die Desserts waren gut. Service / Bar /Getränke: zu den Essenszeiten flink und aufmerksam. Dann ebbt es ab. In der Beschreibung hieß es, ihren Durst können Sie an der Bar stillen. Prima. Die Bar macht erst 20 Uhr auf! Es gibt neben dem Speisesaal (weil Restaurant ist es nicht) 3 Räume die zum Verweilen einladen. Sehr schön die öffentlichen Räume. Es gibt auch ein Raucherzimmer. Die Aschenbecher werden dort aber auch nicht geleert. Es gibt keinen Mülleimer, wo man das mal hätte kurz ausleeren können. Unsere Morgen-Kafeetassen standen noch am Nachmittag dort. Wir saßen so mittags in der Wurmberg-Lounge und wolltenwas trinken. Niemand kam.Ich bin dann mal zum Getränke bestellen ins" Restaurant" gegangen. Gerne, wollen Sie es gleich mitnehmen? oder SOLL ich es bringen? Die Getränke kamen dann. Obwohl der Service jetzt wusste, das wir in der Wurmberg-Lounge sitzen, hat er sich nicht wiederblicken lassen - ob wir vielleicht noch etwas möchten. Also wieder der Gang dorthin um noch etwas zu bestellen. Schlecht. Wir hatten uns eine Erkältung eingefangen und einen erhöhten Tempo-Bedarf. In keinem der Räume ein Mülleimer. Antwort vom Hotel: man kann ja aufs Zimmer fahren und es dort entsorgen. He? Wellnes: Es gibt kostenlose Bademäntel und Handtücher für den Wellness Bereich. Das ist gut. Das Schwimmbad ist sehr schön. Auch hier ist alles sehr sehr sauber, top! Das Wasser ist zu kalt. Es macht keinen Spaß. Dann schnell mal in die Sauna. Nein, die ist tagsüber aus und wird erst 17 Uhr angestellt. Das stand vorher auch nirgends. Wir fühlten uns abgezockt und verarscht. Bar erst ab 20 Uhr, Sauna erst ab 17 Uhr. Ok. Unser Fazit: viel zu teuer, die Zimmer einfach, das Essen schlechteste Kantinen-Qualität, wobei ich denen unrecht tue. Die Kantinen-Köche machen sich mehr Gedanken, wie sie ihre Gäste glücklich machen können und sie geben sich jeden Tag Mühe mit kleinem Budget. Hier werden 36 Euro verlangt. Kein 4 Sterne Hotel. Für uns nie wieder.

Sehr schönes Ambiente, liebevolle Dekoration, sehr freundliches Personal , super sauber. Sauna Schwimmbad alkes sehr schön.

Eher auf Touristenmasse und einfachere Ansprüche statt auf Klasse ausgelegt. Zimmerpreis lag bei ca. 190 Eur. inkl. Frühstück für eine Person. Unangemessen. Mittagessenbuffet und als Abendessen wird ebenfalls ein Buffet für 36 Euro + Getränke angeboten. Offensichtliche TK-Ware, Rührei aus dem Tetrapak, etc.). Keine Alternativen. Ebefalls völlig unangemessen. Ein No Go. Nächste Restaurants 300m fussläufig zu erreichen. Ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz, wenn man ihn möchte, kostet 10 €. Zumindest mein Bett war durchgelegen, keine Kaffeemaschine, ein Uraltflatminifernseher, ein für 2 Personen, ein deutlich zu kleines Bett, insgesamt sehr hellhörig, die Nachbarn, teils mit Hund, waren gut zu hören, ebenfalls die Heizung, wenn sie läuft... Zimmer und Bad an sich schön und sauber, teils Retro, wenn man es mag. Stockflecken in der Dusche sind Kleinigkeiten, die zu übersehen wären, wäre da nicht der unangemessene Zimmerpreis. Zumal die Reinigung nur auf Anfrage erfolgt. Was in Bezug auf Nachhaltigkeit sinnvoll ist. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und kommunikativ. Service 2 Sterne wg. dem 36 Euro Abendbuffet als einzige Möglichkeit zum Abendessen. Abgesehen vom Spa und dem Restaurant, bieten preiswerte Airbnb's eine weit bessere Ausstattung. Die Sternebewertung des Hotels und auch die Preisgestaltung passt nicht zum Angebot. Schade.

Angenehmes Hotel mit sehr großem Wellness Bereich. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet mit großem Angebot und vielen verschiedenen Brötchen sowie Brotsorten. Kaffee satt sowie weiteren Getränkeangeboten. Zimmer sind ok, Badezimmer ausreichend groß. Allerdings die Betten und Kopfkissen ein wenig schmal.

Wir machten unsere damalige Aussage "Wir kommen wieder" zu dem Silvester-Arrangement vom Hotel wahr. Das Haus ist vielleicht schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Dieses sieht man an kleinen Stellen im Zimmer. Aber das wird von den supertollen Team mehr als weggemacht. Was die Leute in diesen Tagen an Buffets am Abend und Morgen gezaubert haben ist wirklich fantastisch. Die Musikgruppe im Restaurant sowie der DJ in der Lobby waren toll. Die Mitarbeiter/innen sind immer höflich und freundlich. Wir waren mit Sicherheit nicht das letzte Mal da. Wir drohen es schonmal an "Wie kommen wieder" Grins

Vorsicht!!! Touristenfalle!!!! Leider muss man vielen dieser Kommentare hier vollkommen zustimmen. Angekommen ist der Parkplatz überfüllt (div. Leute meinen auch hier, sie sind alleine unterwegs und/oder benötigen 2 Parkplätze alleine. Es gibt aber auch nur 15 Plätze). Somit muss man in die Tiefgarage für 10€ die Nacht. Das ist schon die erste Frechheit, die zweite Frechheit kam obendrein, das das Personal auf Nachfrage dazu nur von sich gibt, das ist ein öffentlicher Parkplatz, wir haben morgen wieder anreisende, ein neuer Tag ein neuer Versuch. Guter Start und man fühlt sich direkt in der Erholung und herzlichst Willkommen. Ab auf das Zimmer. Schon auf dem Weg viel auf, 90er Jahre Luxus und dann seither herunterwirtschaften. Gleiches gilt auf den Zimmern, alles 30 Jahre alt, Größe des Zimmers okay, mit Balkon, aber Wohlfühlfaktor kommt hier keiner auf! Das Zimmer wird nur bei Anmeldung des Bedarfs gesäubert! Also heißt es entspannt zur Rezeption jeden Tag. Wer das noch liest, und hier weiterhin Urlaub machen möchte, sollte eigtl. jetzt schon wissen, dass das nicht das richtige Hotel sein wird, aber ich fahre gerne fort! Am Abend zum Buffet. Einweisung direkt, das trinken kostet alles extra, eine Getränkekarte mit Preisen gibt es nicht. Wofür bezahlt man dann soviel Geld für das Abendbuffet? Das Essen ist wirklich unterirdisch, der schlecht bewertete Grieche im Ort hat besseres Essen gezaubert, als hier abgestellt wird. Die Auswahl für die Größe des Hotels ist sehr begrenzt, somit geht man mit leeren Magen und Hunger wieder aufs Zimmer. Nach all diesen Erlebnissen, sank der Bedarf an Spa und Sauna und man viel nur noch ins Bett, schaute auf den 24 Zoll Fernseher kurz die Nachrichten und das war’s, jedoch war von Augen zu machen und Ruhe kein reden. Die Türen scheppern, die Nachbarn hört man schnarchen - also Bauart und Minimalismus im bestücken und dekorieren der Zimmer, sorgt sich hier nicht für Erholung. !!!Absolute Touristenfalle!!! Ich kann jedem nur Wärmstens von einem Besuch hier abraten. Wie die hoteleigenen Sterne und die sehr guten Bewertungen zusammenkommen, kann ich mir nicht erklären. Aber eventuell liest jemand gerne die Rezessionen und lässt sich hierdurch von weiteren Wucher abhalten.

Büfett leider nicht Kinderfreundlich, Nudeln mit roter Sauce nur im Extrabezahlmodus. Kein Hausgetränk (Wasser, Bier , Wein) zum Abendessen inklusive.

Das Hotel Relaxa ist zu teuer für den Standard, den man geboten bekommt. Ja, es gibt ein Frühstücksbuffet mit viel Auswahl, allerdings ist es eben auch nicht mehr als normaler Hotelstandard: Saft aus einem Automaten, die Gemüse- und Obstscheiben sind doch recht trocken (vielleicht liegen sie einfach zu lange), das Angebot an warmen Komponenten ist jeden Tag gleich (Pancake, Nürnberger, Bacon, Rührei und gekochte Eier) und auch da war die Qualität nicht überragend sondern eben durchschnittlich. Die Speisen liegen eben länger in den Warmhaltegefäßen und das merkt man dann natürlich. Für ein herausragendes Merkmal wäre es vielleicht machbar frisch gepressten Orangensaft anzubieten, oder die Gäste am Tisch mit Kaffeespezialitäten oder frisch zubereiten Eierspeisen zu bedienen.||Die Betten sind sehr, sehr hart und die Kissen sind klein und ebenso hart. Wir sind als Paar in den 30ern eigentlich nicht besonders empfindlich, was den Schlafkomfort anbelangt, aber leider sind wir nachts oder morgens dann doch aufgewacht und hatten deutliche Schmerzen insbesondere im Nacken- und Schulterbereich.||Das Badezimmer hat uns gar nicht gefallen. Es wirkt wie ein Krankenhausbadezimmer, sowohl die Dusche mit der Plastikschiebetür als auch die Leuchtstoffröhren-Beleuchtung. Die Kalkablagerungen und der Staub in der Verkleidung der Leuchten haben ebenfalls den Wellness-Faktor vermissen lassen. Ich würde dem Hotel empfehlen an dieser Stelle zu investieren.||Den Wellnessbereich haben wir nur einmal betreten, um zu Schwimmen, können also zu dem Angebot nicht viel sagen. Wir hätten uns nach einem Tag im Schnee allerdings eher einen warmen Whirlpool gewünscht. Es kann sein, dass die Becken noch für therapeutische Anwendungen genutzt werden, so wirkt es jedenfalls, aber zu unseren Erwartungen passte es leider nicht.||Ich finde es nicht schön, dass die Zimmer zwischendurch gar nicht gereinigt werden (nicht einmal ein Handtuchwechsel) ohne dass man explizit darum bitten muss. Da bin ich wieder beim Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis: in dieser Preiskategorie finde ich das nicht in Ordnung. ||Die Mitarbeiter im Hotel sind keinesfalls unfreundlich, allerdings haben wir uns schon manchmal gewundert. Die Dame, bei der wir eingecheckt haben, wirkte nicht sehr begeistert davon uns in Empfang zu nehmen. Wahrscheinlich hatte Sie nur einen schlechten Tag. Ich würde mir allerdings etwas anders wünschen und hätte mich auch über Smalltalk und kleine Angebote gefreut. („Was haben Sie vor in Braunlage zu unternehmen? Brauchen Sie noch Informationen zu Bussen, Wanderwegen, Ausflugszielen etc.?“) Auch wurden wir beim Betreten des Hotels meistens nicht begrüßt, auch wenn das Personal an der Rezeption nicht beschäftigt war. Das „Willkommen zurück“ wäre auch eine Gelegenheit noch einmal nachzufragen, ob alles in Ordnung sei mit dem Zimmer und wie es einem gefalle. Ich finde es nicht serviceorientiert vom Gast zu erwarten, dass er stets auf das Personal zukommt, wenn etwas nicht gefällt.||Ich hoffe, dass sich jemand aus dem Hotelmanagement die Hinweise konstruktiv aufnimmt und das Hotel von der Rückmeldung profitieren kann.

Wir haben spontan hier gebucht, für eine Auszeit mit der Familie. Wir haben uns für das Hotel entschieden, wegen den zahlreichen Angeboten für die Kids und der guten Lage. Ein sehr freundlicher Empfang durchs Personal. Die Zimmer sehr sauber. Spa Bereich modern und sehr sauber. Eine Massage bei dem netten Herren am Samstag Abend war das Highlight. Sehr freundlich und kompetent. Das Abend Buffet für den Preis ok, aber würden wir nicht wiederholen. Dazu gab es extra Wein Angebote mit einer Flasche Wasser inklusive. Das war echt ein Schnäppchen für 26.50€. Wir wurden von einem Service Mitarbeiter bedient. Der einfach seine Arbeit liebt. Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, ein kleiner Spaß am Rande. Am Abend noch einen Drink zum Abschluss an der Bar, vom gleichen Mitarbeiter der eine super Show hingelegt hat, beim Cocktails mixen. Leider haben wir erfahren das er nur als leih Kellner dort zur Aushilfe ist. Hoffentlich treffen wir ihn bei unserem nächsten Besuch wieder an. Das Frühstück Buffet war sehr reichhaltig und lecker. Bis zum nächsten Mal und ein großes Lob an das gesamte Team für die Freundlichkeit.

Die Zimmer und das Bad nicht gerade geräumig. Vieles muss man sich an der Rezeption besorgen(Badematel,Hausschuhe,Badehandtücher für den Spa-Bereich. Die Zimmerreinigung wird nur auf Anmeldung durchgeführt. Es gibt keine Schuhputzautomat. Parkplätze sind zwar vorhanden, doch diese werden von externen Wanderer belegt Das Parkhaus kostet 10 Euro pro Tag. Tagsüber hat die Bar geschlossen

Sehr schönes und gut geführtes Hotel , Zimmer relativ klein und schlicht , sehr sauber. Hervorragende Küche , Buffets werden ständig nachgefüllt , sehr freundlicher Service . Das Hotel bietet mit Bar , Spielzimmer , Fitnesraum , Schwimmbad und Sauna viel Abwechslung . Silvester gab es ein tolles Programm , super Galabuffet , Lifemusik und DJ . Alles liebevoll und perfekt vorbereitet und ausgeführt. Wenn man sich hier nicht wohlfühlt - wo dann !?

Selten so ein unglaublich freundliches Hotel erlebt. Sensationell !!! Wir hatten heute Nacht einen Verkehrsunfall und das Hotel war unsere einzige Anlaufstelle. Uns wurde sofort ein Zimmer gegeben, obwohl nur der Sicherheitsdienst vor Ort. Der aber die Dame der Frühschicht für uns aus dem Bett geklingelt hat. Die Dame hat sich dann heute in der Früh rührend um uns gekümmert. Wir durften noch frühstücken und uns wurde die Bahnverbindung für den nach Hause Weg ausgedruckt. Vielen Dank an unsere Retter in der Not.

Sind sehr zufrieden, hatten in der Nacht ein Verkehrsunfall & sie haben uns herzlich aufgenommen. Alle waren Mega freundlich, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Buchung stimmt nicht mit Angebot überein. Falscher Preis pro Nacht statt Person. Falsche Kurtaxe 3,00 statt 2,80 Euro. Zimmer erst ab 16 statt 15 Uhr. Keine Nachbesserung trotz Aufforderung. Auch die Stornierungsbestätigung ohne Entschuldigung. Das nenne ich Arrogant und passt zu manschen anderen schlechten Bewertungen.

Das waren schöne Tage im Harz... Das Zimmer war groß und sauber... Ruhig gelegen... Das Frühstückbüffet war gut und abwechslungsreich... Das Abendbüffet war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich... Die Getränkeauswahl war gut. Die Slyvesterfeier war dem Anlass einfach 👍 Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist top

Wir waren als Paar mit Hund über Weihnachten im Relexa Hotel. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne dorthin , weil das ganze drumherum sehr freundlich ist. Das Essen war diesmal sehr gut. Man fühlt sich als Gast sehr aufgehoben. Wir finden es schön das man mit Hund kommen kann. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das gesamte Personal ist super freundlich, fast schon wie eine Familie. Meine Eltern und ich fühlen uns hier wirklich sauwohl. Es gibt hier so viele Sehenswürdigkeiten. Ich kann das wirklich nur empfehlen Einen Wunderschönen Wellnessbereich. Schwimmbad und Sauna. Das Essen ist auf höchsten Niveau. Wirklich für jeden was dabei. Und wirklich sehr lecker. Das Personal räumt die Teller im Nu ab. Und man holt sich einfach einen neuen. Bester Kaffeeautomat. Frisches Rührei mit Speck und frischen Schnittlauch. Leute das Hotel bekommt von mir zu Recht 5Sterne. Wir kommen jederzeit sehr gerne wieder. Ehrlich. LG. Euer. René

Leider in die Jahre gekommen. Die Bar ist nicht geöffnet und auch Buffet wurde nicht angeboten. Wenig Gäste aber auch wenig Personal (wie überall im Moment). Leider nicht die gleiche positive Erfahrung wie bei den ersten Besuchen vor Jahren. Beim Auschecken wurde viel Wert auf die Rechnungen gelegt als auf die Frage ob alles in Ordnung war. Schade. War leider das letzte Mal.

Ich habe in der Vorweihnachtszeit sechs Übernachtungen im Relaxa-Harz-Hotel mit Halbpension gebucht. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Unser Zimmer war zweckmäßig und gemütlich eingerichtet und es war vor allem sehr sauber. Die Zimmer werden nur auf „Antrag“ gereinigt; was gar nicht so schlecht ist. |Das Frühstück ist absolut spitze. Die Auswahl ist riesig und von sehr guter Qualität. Besonders die Pancakes mit Ahornsirup haben mich begeistert.|Nur eine Sache würde das Frühstück perfekt machen: ein Brotkörbchen. Dies ist aber meckern auf hohem Niveau.|Das Abendessen wird in Buffetform dargeboten. Es war gut und reichlich. Leider waren z.B. die Röstis durch die Aufbewahrung in diesen Warmhaltebehältern nicht mehr so knusprig. An unserem letzten Abend wurde das Essen an unseren Tisch serviert. Da war es richtig gut. Die Sauce war kräftiger und die Kartoffelplätzchen knusprig.|Wir habe außerdem noch Anwendungen gebucht. Diese waren wirklich sehr gut. Der kleine Wellnessbereich fand ich sehr schön. Aufgrund des miesen Wetters, fast nur Regen, waren wir öfters dort. |Schade das die Bar bis auf zwei Tage wegen Personalmangel, geschlossen war. Man bekam zwar Wein, Bier und diverse Longdrinks aber es wurden sehr gute Cocktails gemixt. Wir hätten sehr gerne welche getrunken.|Nichts desto trotz werden wir, wenn möglich, nächstes Jahr wiederkommen und dieses Hotel ist absolut empfehlenswert.

Leider ist es nicht zum Besuch gekommen, trotz guter Werbung von Freunden. Mit Hund 🐕 nicht empfehlenswert, 20 Euro pro Nacht ist schon ein starkes Stück, nur wenn der Hund dann nur im Zimmer bleiben muss, weil er nicht mit in den Speisesaal darf, macht das leider null Sinn. Hundefreundlichkeit und Hundewissen ist absolut nicht die Stärke dieses Hotels. Sehr schade.

Pro - super Frühstücksbuffet - moderne Einrichtung im Restaurant - top Lage - Betten bequem (KAtegorie Classic) - Wellnessbereich und Pool zu unserem Aufenthalt ruhig und wenig belegt Contra - recht hellhörig auf den Zimmern - unangenehmer Geruchg nach Urin im Bad - Buffetpreis am Abend relativ hoch 33€ p.P plus Getränke - Personal z.T. freundlich, einige könnten ein Lächeln mehr vertragen Wir waren das zweite Mal im Relexa und für uns eines der besten Hotels im Harz (zumindest von denen die wir besucht hatten) Das Frühstück lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen und das Restaurant an sich ist sehr einladens und modern gestaltet. Beim ersten Besuch hatten wir ein Economyzimmer mit einem 140er Bett. Das war schon sehr klein und unkomfortabel, allerdings für eine Nacht ok. Daher haben wir uns diesem Mal für ein Classiczimmer entschieden. Die Größe des Zimmers ist völlig ausreichend. Das Bett mit 180cm perfekt und auch die restliche Ausstattung modern und in Ordnung mit viel Platz im Kleiderschrank. Wenn man jetzt meckern will, ist der Ferneseher evt etwas klein aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau. Einzig wegen dem bad würde ich einen Stern abziehen. Es roch nach Urin (wurde natüprlich von uns auch beanstandet) und im allgemeinen ist das Bad recht in die Jahre gekommen und etwas veraltet aber sauber. Einen Abend haben wir uns für das Buffet im Restaurant entscheiden. Die Auswahl an Salaten war riesig und für mich fast schon zu viel. Auch die warmen Speisen waren an diesem Abend toll und Apfelstrudel und diverse Cremes und Puddings rundeten das Ganze ab. Der Kellner war super freundlich. Nur der Preis ist meines erachtens nach etwas sehr hoch angesetzt. Mit 33€ p.P plus Getränke muss ich sagen spiegels das nicht ganz so die Preis/Leistung dar. Natürlich war reichlich Auswahl und man wurde satt, allerdings im Vergleich zu anderen Buffets doch sehr überteuert. Auch die Getränke (ein Malzbier fast 5€ ließen mich schlucken) Der Sauna/Wellnessbereich ist klein aber fein, zu unserer Zeit waren diese kaum besucht und wir konnten die Ruhe und den Platz genießen. Es gibt Bademäntel und Saunahandtücher im Zimmer bzw an der Rezeption und man bekommt immer neue auf Anfrage. Die Zimmer werden während des Aufenthaltes nur auf Anfrage gereinigt was ich wirklich gut finde, denn ich arbeite selber im Hotel und finde diese Lösung top. Einen Tag haben wir um eine Reinigung gebeten, denn wenn man aus dem Wald vom Wandern kommt, bringt man ja doch mal etwas mehr Schmutz mit rein. DAs einzige was wirklich störend war und das auch bei dem ersten Aufenthalt war die Hellhörigkeit. Man hört wirklich ALLES! Zum Glück war das Hotel nicht so stark belegt und wir haben uns eh die meiste Zeit draußen aufgehalten, aber wenn man hätte ausschlafen wollen, wäre das wohl schwierig gewesen. Die Lage ist super, man kommt auf direktem Wege zum Brocken und auf diverse andere Wanderwege genauso in den Ort. Wir haben 170€ plus Kurtaxe pro Nacht gezahlt was ich für den Zeitraum (unter der Woche im November) relativ viel finde. Da die Saison erst ab Dezember losgeht und viel geschlossen hatte. Wir würden wiederkommen

Wir sind trotz einer Buchung für drei Tage nach der ersten Nacht wieder abgereist. Leider entspricht die Bewertung unserer Meinung nach nicht ansatzweise dem, was einen hier erwartet. Wir haben am frühen Abend eingecheckt und sind nach dem Check in auch gleich ins Restaurant gegangen, um zu Abend zu essen. Leider wurden wir maßlos enttäuscht. Es gab rein gar nichts frisches! Alles schien TK-Ware aus dem nächsten Aldi zu sein. Ganz zu schweigen von den tristen, hingeworfenen Bandnudeln ohne jegliche Beilage. Das Dessert bestand einfach aus Konservenpfirsichen mit etwas Grießbrei on top. Wir sind dann auf nur aufgekochte vegetarische Klöße umgestiegen, weil man sonst nichts essen konnte. Aber das Wasser hat geschmeckt! Ein separates Á la Carte Menu gibt es nicht (angeblich 4-Sterne Hotel...) Man konnte sich dann nur für ein Candle light dinner entscheiden, bei welchem das Menü allerdings schon vorgeschrieben ist und dem Gast leider keinerlei Spielräume für etwaige Wünsche bietet. Eine herbe Enttäuschung. Als wir das Personal auf die mangelnde Qualität des Essens ansprachen, erhielten wir folgenden Satz zurück: „Also das verstehe ich nicht. Die Gäste lieben dieses Essen. Sie tun ja so, als wäre das hier eine Kaschemme." Auf dem Zimmer angekommen, erlebten wir gleich die nächste Enttäuschung. Die Fugen in der Duschwand waren gelb, der Duschkopf verkalkt, Rost überall. Eine Minibar wurde aus *Umweltgünden* abgeschafft... Eine uralte Heizung aus den 80'er Jahren sollte das Zimmer aufwärmen. Hat nicht so ganz funktioniert. Wir mussten leider trotz zweier Decken frieren. Unserem Emfpinden nach, beruft sich diese Herberge lediglich auf ihre Location und das Harzgebirge. Ein tatsächliches 4-Sterne-Hotel ist das garantiert nicht!!!!! Hier sollte eventuell zeitnah eine Überprüfung stattfinden. Den Spa Bereich haben wir vor Wut und Enttäuschung gar nicht mehr ausprobiert, sondern sind am nächsten Morgen wieder abgereist. Zwei nicht verwendete Tage für die Katz. Hierfür fast 500€ zu bezahlen ist eine bodenlose Unverschämtheit!

Alles chic gewesen. Zimmer haben allerdings keinen 4,5 Sterne Standard. Personal super, außer abends der Barkeeper. Er brachte das Wechselgeld einfach nicht. Auch nach Aufforderung nicht. Schöne Tagungsräume und das Essen war ok.

Ich war erstmal enttäuscht und verärgert. Wir kamen bei 5 Grad Außentemperatur an und die Zimmerheizung war aus. Das Zimmer ausgekühlt und nicht besonders Sauber, etwas eingestaubt und Zahnpasta an der Tür. Wir waren mit Kind dort was den Zustand zusätzlich negativ belastet hat. Das Personal war sehr net und immer hilfsbereit. Das Schwimmbad, ist nett der Saunabereich Altbacken genauso wie die Badezimmer. Preis - Leistung eher enttäuschend. Wenn man fürs Parken nicht zahlen will, läuft man 1-2 min. man findet schnell ein Parkplatz an der Straße.

Wir hatten kürzlich wiederholt das Vergnügen, im Hotel relexa Harz Wald zu übernachten. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist einfach super! Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machte. Das Hotel selbst hat eine besondere Atmosphäre und Seele, was es aus meiner Sicht von anderen Unterkünften abhebt. Die Sauberkeit im gesamten Hotel war gut. Alles in allem kann ich das Hotel relexa Harz Wald nur wärmstens empfehlen. Ein toller Ort, um im Harz zu übernachten, und ich freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Besuch!

Gemütlich, freundlich, das Hotel bietet einen angenehmen Start zum Wandern. Das Essen ist abwechslungsreich. Der Pool und die Sauna laden ein zum Entspannen. Leider hat der Saunahof keine Rasenfläche. Wenn die freien Parkplätze weg sind, gibt es die Möglichkeit ins Parkhaus für 10€/tgl.

Netzes Personal, gutes Frühstück, Saunas ausreichend, Schwimmbad vorhanden aber nicht getestet. Nette Bar mit nettem Barkeeper. Kostenfreie Parkplätze davor etwas knapp, aber in 3 min fußläufig genug weitere gehabt. Tiefgarage kostet halt 10€ pro Nacht. Zum be- und entladen kann sie aber kostenfrei nutzen. Gerne wieder.

Waren 4 Nächte mit Frühstück dort und sehr zufrieden. Personal total nett und zuvorkommend, Frühstücks-Buffet top, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Zimmer waren Top. Der Spa Bereich lädt sehr zum Entspannen ein, war Top. Die Saunen erst um 17.00 Uhr zu öffnen finden wir allerdings ein wenig zu spät!!! 10 € fürs Parken in der TG ist sehr überzogen, bei zu wenig Stellplätze im Aussenbereich......... Tolle sympathische und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter zeichnen dieses Hotel aus! Ganz klare 5 Sterne! Allerdings bin ich vom Saunabereich ein ein wenig enttäuscht, da es nur 1x 90 Grad und 1x 60 Grad plus Dampfsauna mit 4 Plätzen gibt. Denn, ab Öffnung wird es voll und somit ziemlich eng. Schwimmbad, Fitness, Kegelbahn etc. sind klasse! Das Zimmer ist ok, 3-4 Sterne. Bad ist klein, nun gut, man ist hier ja nur begrenzte Zeit. Allerdings hast du überall schöne Sitzgelegenheiten und allesamt schön gemacht. Auch hier 5 Sterne! Ergebnis: ich komme wieder *smile*

Ich war für 3 Nächte zusammen mit meiner Familie zu Gast in diesem Hotel. Wir waren im Großen und Ganzen auch sehr zufrieden, der Service war gut und stets Freundlich sowie Hilfsbereit. Die Anlage verfügt neben einem Schwimmbad auch über einen Wellnessbereich und ein Spielzimmer für Kinder welches von der Ausstattung her meiner Meinung nach jedoch etwas "Kahl" ist hier könnte man noch nachbessern speziell für Kinder unter 5 Jahren bietet es nicht sehr viel. Auch könnten die Zimmer besser sauber gehalten werden die Dicke Staubschicht unter dem Bett z.b. war nicht zu übersehen und die Tür von unserem Kleiderschrank qietschte sehr laut beim auf und zu schieben. Die Lage des Hotels in der Nähe zum Zentrum von Braunlage oder zum Wurmberg ist ok. Andere Sehenswürdigkeiten wie Goslar oder das Schloss Wernigerode können gut mit dem Auto erreicht werden. Mit dem Parken ist es allerdings auch so eine Sache... es gibt zwar kostenfreie Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hotel davon aber leider zu wenig und die Hotel eigene Tiefgarage schlägt mit 10 Euro pro Tag zu Buche etwas zu Teuer finde ich. 1 Stern Abzug wegen Sauberkeit und der Park Situation ansonsten alles Top.

Genau das richtige, um ein paar Tage zu entspannen: etwas außerhalb, dafür ruhig gelegen, sehr gutes Frühstücksbüffet, netter Service, diverse Freizeitangebote. Abzüge bekommt die teure Tiefgarage und ein etwas in die Jahre gekommener Saunabereich.

Das Personal ist unfreundlich und kaum der deutschen Sprache mächtig, trotz verbindlicher Zusage war mein Zimmer erst1 Stunde später bezugsfertig das abend essen in buffet-Form ist miserabel und kaum genießbar, der Speisesaal unglaublich laut und es wirkt wie in einer armenspeisung am Bahnhof.||Alles in allem mehr Schein als sein und nicht zu empfehlen. Der Ort Braunlage hat eindeutig seine besseren Jahre hinter sich, sehr viele leere und halb verfallene Häuser, die Wege und Plätze trotz Kurtaxe in schlechtem und dreckigen Zustand.||Ich werde das Hotel niemals weiterempfehlen, Braunlage isr es ebenfalls nicht wert besucht zu werden.

Unser Aufenthalt zum Wandern und Relaxen hätte perfekt sein können, wenn nicht die sehr hohe Parkgebühr in der Tiefgarage gewesen wäre, bei zu wenig kostenfreien Plätzen vor dem Haus. Außerdem erstaunte es uns, dass keinerlei Getränke am Abend bei Halbpension inkludiert waren. Trotzdem war unsere Zeit sehr schön. Das Essen war lecker und abwechslungsreich, die Lage und die Zimmer ruhig, das Personal rundum freundlich und eifrig. Der Sauna-Bereich ist sehr schön gestaltet, auch wenn er für unsere Begriffe gerade in der kühleren Jahreszeit mit 17 Uhr zu spät öffnet.

The Relaxa hotel Harz-Wald can be found on the edge of the tourist village of Braunlage (Lower Saxony). It was the ideal base for our group to spend a week hiking in the Harz Mountains. Not everything went smoothly, our room was definitely in need of renovation, but the staff did their utmost to make it as pleasant as possible for us. The breakfast and evening buffet provided an abundance of dishes, flavors and choices. Perhaps the range of wine and beer choices could be upgraded with some foreign variations? Few hotels charge their guests a fee to use the underground parking, especially when the number of spaces around the hotel is limited. Nevertheless, this hotel remains recommended.

We stayed here four nights. The name “Relexa” raised great expectations. Yes, the location of the hotel is quiet and relaxed. But: the design of the hotel, which appears to be reinforced concrete, does not allow you to relax. In the morning a hole was drilled somewhere with a hammer drill. No matter which door in the hallway is locked, you can constantly hear the lock cylinder clicking. Then you hear the suitcases rolling down the aisle. Conversations etc. In short: a very noisy building!!! You definitely can't sleep in. Regarding cleanliness: there is an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, as if an odor trap is broken. The bathroom is really getting old. It is advisable to wear flip flops when showering. The fan of the forced ventilation system is loud and dirty, so it doesn't work 100%. If there is someone in the bathroom in other rooms, you can hear the fan running. We cannot recommend this hotel!!!

The hotel is located in Braunlage and was probably built in the 90s for vacationing pensioners. The rooms are kept in the appropriate style, a little older, but in good condition. There is a gym, swimming pool and a bar. The service from the staff is okay. The kitchen makes an effort and there is always a vegetarian dish. There is also a charging station for electric cars, but from a different provider with a separate app. It's complicated. The area near the Harz is unfortunately a bit shocking with all the dead trees. But the hotel can't do anything about it. All in all a bit old style, but the prices are cheap and an effort is made.

We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. Every few parking spaces outside were always full, so you have to pay 10 euros per night for the parking garage, we paid 480 euros for 2 nights for 2 people. Breakfast was good and included. The rooms and bathrooms are very old for the price, but the wellness area was okay. For me it's a given given the price, but unfortunately not in the hotel. The rooms aren't cleaned every day and we only got fresh towels when asked. It will then probably remain a one-off visit

Braunlage offers many opportunities in the immediate vicinity. I was very satisfied with my stay. We arrived with 5 adults with a car and trailer with 2 motorcycles. You can unload your luggage by car directly in front of the entrance. There are trolleys for luggage.

Alle Bereiche sind „geschmackvoll“ eingerichtet (Geschmäcker sind unterschiedlich). Auch sehr schön, dass hier Hunde herzlich willkommen sind. - Hat man immer noch viel zu selten.||Lage: Die Lage ist wirklich sehr schön, sehr Natur gebunden. Man hat es nur wenige Meter zu Fuß und ist bereits mitten in der Natur, welche zu langen Spaziergänge einlädt. Auch hat man es zu Fuß zum Wurmberg nicht weit, ca. 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß. Gerade für Hundebesitzer ist dies ein kleines Paradies.||Räumlichkeiten: Die Räumlichkeiten sind generell wie das ganze Hotel an sich sehr schön gestaltet. Theoretisch hat man alles was man zum entspannen braucht. Wellness Bereich, Schwimmbad, unterschiedliche Sauna Bereichen (auch für Gäste die nicht gerade nackt saunieren möchten). Auch ist das Restaurant sehr, sehr schön. Dabei bietet das Hotel auch diverse Räumlichkeiten, um Billard oder Tischtennis zu spielen.||Mitarbeiter: Diese sind sehr freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. - Zumindest war dies bei uns der Fall.||Essen: Hier kann nur über das Frühstück berichtet werden, welches wirklich sehr gut und sehr vielfältig gewesen ist.||Negative Aspekte: Hier muss man - vorweg - erwähnen, dass wir das Super Sparzimmer gebucht hatten. Dennoch habe erwarte ich, bei solch einem Hotel, dass hier in jedem Zimmer (egal welche Kategorie) zumindest ein kleiner Kühlschrank drinnen steht und ein Mindestmaß an Bettgröße. Meine Partnerin und ich zählen nicht zu den größten Menschen - 1,70 m groß - und hatten Schwierigkeiten mit dem schlafen, da das Bett wirklich klein war. - Vor allem in der Breite.||Diese zwei Punkte sind für mich Standards, welche wie gesagt unabhängig von der Preiskategorie in jedem Zimmer sein müssten. - Daher auch ein „Stern“ Abzug in der Bewertung.||Abgesehen davon, kann ich trotzdem das Hotel in jeglicher Hinsicht, guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen! ||Ich hoffe, mit dieser neutralen Bewertung, einen guten Einblick gegeben zu haben. - Viel Spaß beim Besuch und entspannen.

This rating is based solely on my own experience. The visit of this hotel took place in August 2023. Positive aspects: Furnishings: The hotel itself is really very nice and invites you to relax. All areas are "tastefully" furnished (tastes vary). Also very nice that dogs are welcome here. - It's still far too rare. Location: The location is really beautiful, very close to nature. You only have to walk a few meters and you are already in the middle of nature, which invites you to take long walks. It is also not far to walk to the Wurmberg, about 5-10 minutes on foot. This is a small paradise especially for dog owners. Premises: The premises are generally very nicely designed like the whole hotel itself. In theory, you have everything you need to relax. Wellness area, swimming pool, different sauna areas (also for guests who don't want to sauna naked). The restaurant is also very, very nice. The hotel also offers various rooms for playing billiards or table tennis. Staff: These are very friendly and very accommodating. - At least that was the case with us. Food: Here we can only report on the breakfast, which was really very good and varied. Negative aspects: First of all, you have to mention that we had booked the super economy room. Nevertheless, I expect, with such a hotel, that every room (no matter which category) has at least a small fridge inside and a minimum bed size. My partner and I are not the tallest of people - 1.70m tall - and had trouble sleeping as the bed was really small. - Especially in width. For me, these two points are standards, which, as I said, should be in every room regardless of the price category. - Hence a "star" deduction in the rating. Apart from that, I can still recommend the hotel in every respect, with a clear conscience! I hope to have given a good insight with this neutral rating. - Have fun visiting and relax.

A very nice and quiet hotel. The rooms are well equipped (no minibar - which I don't need) and always with a balcony. The employees are all very friendly and accommodating. The wellness area is small but nice. The breakfast and dinner buffet is highly recommended. Overall a nice hotel for everyone (families, couples or single travelers)

We had a great stay. The employees were very friendly at check-in and check-out. We had a nice room with a balcony and a view of the garden. Everything was very clean. The environment was so quiet that we could even sleep with the balcony door open. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection. It was refilled regularly. We would like to come again.

Great place! The stars are not immediately apparent, but the equipment is of high quality and great service + gastronomy. We would have liked to have given five stars, but unfortunately the reception and the staff working there prevented this. Obviously, a guest has to say hello first before a greeting comes, documents are left without comment and questions are not answered. When my daughter asked why the man wasn't answering, I said maybe he didn't hear us (I'm not assuming on purpose). The employee then said he heard us! This is not possible and is extremely disrespectful! All other service areas were courteous, polite and helpful. The lonely top was the gastronomy area. The chef is always interested in communicating with the guests and hearing their opinions. You can tell at the breakfast and dinner buffet: high quality, varied and very tasty. The service people here were really great. Always a smile and the guest was definitely king. You could see that in everything we did. A little joke here and there, but always careful and concerned about a pleasant atmosphere. Please keep that up.

Room was okay, unfortunately no fridge and safe only on request and no mini bar. Kettle and coffee maker also not available... Otherwise the hotel was great. Good food and super friendly and helpful staff! That's why we give it a total of 5 stars! The pool was great and adequate for the size. In winter, however, there is definitely more going on here and the pool gets narrower. We were traveling with a baby and the response was very courteous!

A wonderful, activity-rich place to stay 🌟🌿 When booking and checking in, everything went wonderfully and easily. The location of the hotel is in a quiet part of Braunlage, near the Wurmberg. The service team at reception was always very friendly and helpful to us with questions about the stay in the hotel or things to do. The service team in the restaurant and bar was always great, attentive and very nice and polite. Various drinks and delicious cocktails are offered here. The kitchen is exceptionally good and everything was quickly replenished at the buffet. All sorts of things were prepared for every taste and served at the buffet. The rooms were very clean and the equipment is sufficiently stocked. Offers in the house for additional activities such as various sauna offers, swimming pool, gym and garden was really great. The physiotherapy, which you could book in the house, with all kinds of nice offers of massages or other health-promoting treatments, was versatile, relaxing and the team was really great and friendly. If you want to park in the underground car park, you can do so for €10 a day, otherwise there are also outdoor parking spaces by the house. A short walk and you are right in the middle of the city with nice shops and restaurants. There are plenty of opportunities for activities in Braunlage and the surrounding area. We had a very relaxing holiday there and would love to come back🥰

Hello, we (2) stayed here for one night. Check in from 4 p.m. and off to the wellness area. He is good. There are 2 wooden saunas and a steam sauna, which unfortunately was not in operation. Just like the "big" swimming pool. The rest room is ok. The rooms are ok. The wet area was at least a bit worn for us, but acceptable. The beds are good too. The background noise is pleasant. You don't hear every cough of the roommate. Breakfast is good and rich. The service friendly. One drawback is the number of parking spaces for the hotel, without parking in the paid underground car park. In winter the bear will be loose here... so we will come back again.

Unfortunately the short break in this hotel was a big disappointment. There are two stars for * the peripheral location of the hotel, so that you could hike directly to Wurmberg and Brocken * the very hard-working service staff in the restaurant The points that really disappointed us: * By the time you get to the wellness area, you're already frozen through. The two swimming pools are freezing * The rooms are okay, but eerily noisy. If other guests go to their room at 01:00, you'll be awake in bed. You can also hear, for example, when the neighbor turns on the heating. * There is no possibility to charge an electric car, in a sparsely populated area this leads to excitement rather than relaxation. There was a free screw for the tire in the underground car park (well, that can happen). * The absolute negative point is the food: Yes, on the first evening and morning, like many other reviewers, we were rather positive because of the selection. Unfortunately, that has changed: Here everything is frozen and convenience food: vegetables, mozzarella sticks, vegetable balls, dumplings, cakes, yeast dumplings: once across the Netto frozen food department. Even the fruit salad comes from the plastic box! Once there was a whole salmon, which was a positive thing. But on three evenings twice "pork loin in bacon" as the only warm meat dish. At the prices called actually a cheek. A pity!

Some staff at the reception and restaurant were not so friendly. Bed was crazy small and uncomfortable. Swimming pool was not clean. I had very bad experience there and definitely won't recommend it to anyone.

We had a wonderful weekend at the Relexa Hotel Harz! The rooms are all furnished in a modern style. There is a super great wellness offer with pool, sauna and massages are also possible after registration. I can recommend the hotel unreservedly. We will definitely come back sometime!

We stayed at this hotel for a short spa break over the weekend. We were lucky that it snowed from the day of arrival and we were able to experience a great winter adventure. The hotel is super nice, the staff were all extremely friendly and the breakfast was rich. We also really liked the wellness offers. In the evening we could still sit comfortably in the lobby and drink delicious cocktails. There is great nature in the immediate vicinity of the hotel, which we used for hiking. In addition, there are ski jumps just a few minutes away, which make a wonderful drone motif. The center of Braunlage is about 1 km away on foot. There are plenty of opportunities to eat out comfortably and to use the Wurmberg cable car.

We had booked cuddle days in November. That was great. Everything was prepared very lovingly. The hotel is super clean and the staff at reception is always very nice. The rooms are friendly and modern furnished. We felt very comfortable. The only downside would be that the swimming pool water was really very cold and you couldn't "splash around" with a child because of the temperature. We would come back.

We were there in mid-November, so it was off-season. We really liked it. It was very quiet, perfect for slowing down. 👍 All areas of the hotel made a very clean impression. 👍 The rooms are mmn functional and tastefully furnished and not overloaded with odds and ends. 👍 (I also liked the picture with the Harz place names in the room (No. 203), it conveys regional ties. QUEDLINGBURG is a mystery to me, I hope that's not a misprint 🙈.) The restaurant is also very tastefully decorated and I was impressed by its light installation. No wishes remain unfulfilled at the breakfast buffet 👍 (I have rarely had such good filter coffee) The evening buffet was ok, but for €33 per person I'd rather go to one of the surrounding restaurants. I hope that a la carte dishes can also be ordered in the high season. Unfortunately, the bar was not open during our stay, although I would have been very happy about one or two cocktails in the evening (probably also due to the season). The wellness area is ok in terms of equipment, according to my subjective assessment there could be more, but the most important thing, it is very clean. 👍 The staff is all very nice, friendly and helpful, from reception to gastro to cleaning staff. 👍 I didn't know that the rooms were only cleaned on request, but I find it very good. (avoids contact and also makes economic sense) 👍 I can therefore recommend relexa unreservedly! 👍

For the price most optimal experience! Everything one wants to wish without much extra services. - very good location in a pleasant green area near the hiking routes - restaurant team actuallly has enough people, so they are not looking stressed. They are friendly, and service is very quick and efficient. Food is very delicious and actually has flavor ( which is not always the case for German hotels ) - spacious room with nice balcony - good sauna area, a bit small for the hotel capacity though, especially given opening hours Minor points which I noted as to be improved, however again for the price it is exactly on point - biggest pain: opening hours of the spa. Sauna works only from 17.00 till 22. No way to get there earlier, it says “on request” , but our request was refused “because of the economical situation”. Well, understandable but a bit inconvenient, especially given that the sauna opens at almost same time as restaurant and bar. And that everyone from whole hotel comes there at that same time. It gets super crowded and not enough resting place. Not saying corona and so on. - a lot of things are “ on request” . Like bathrobe, sauna towels and so on. Cleaning also on request, I believe it is still cleaned once in a while without asking, but we were staying not so long. Key from gym on request (so most likely machines are not very well cared) - no minibar in the room. Even a simple bottle of water and cola would be sometimes so nice to have (they have room service though, however did not try) - Bar opens at 20.00 and is closed at all on Sundays. Ah but it anyway requires some planning: to parallelize spa visit, dinner and bar cause everything is open at the same time Despite points mentioned, overall vacation experience here is very good and relaxing, and, given that hotels costs are more than adequate for the services provided, I believe, some economy here and there is totally understandable. I would return on occasion

5 Stars? No question! :) Very quiet location (outskirts), very clean, well equipped (spa, entertainment, retreats and information about the area), very friendly, prudent and competent staff, etc... We will recommend it and because of the central location in the Harz Mountains definitely book again. Value for money fits.

Have been there three times now and satisfied every time. Have recommended it to others many times and various acquaintances were also very satisfied with their visit after the recommendation. The staff is always very nice and accommodating. The cocktails at the bar are perfect. There is table tennis, swimming, sauna, billiards and various other occupational therapies. I hope it has been passed on that the cue ball in billiards tends to get stuck when it falls into the front center hole - which has happened to us twice in two rounds (it only comes out when you throw another ball into the same hole). The fact that the gentleman seemed a little annoyed at checkout (just this one time) is a misunderstanding. Maybe not take everything that a guest says as malicious.

Unfortunately, the 5-day stay at the Hotel Relexa Harz-Wald is already over. We (family of 3 with a dog) really liked it. The hotel is in a beautiful location. You can take short and long walks from the hotel. Walking to the village is also very doable. We also loved the silence around the hotel. No traffic at night, so slept wonderfully. The breakfast is great the choice is huge. We dined once in the hotel and that is not our thing. There are very good restaurants in the village. The wellness area in the hotel is also very nice, which we made grateful use of. Especially after a brisk walk, a sauna is wonderful. We found the room a bit sparsely furnished. 1 good chair, 1 kind of duvet in terms of thickness and 2 pillows for a double bed. Upon inquiry it turned out that you could ask for a pillow and or other duvet at the reception. We also found no coffee machine a pity. Anyway, the coffee is the hotel was really good coffee that made up for a lot. All in all we would love to come back again. Still plenty to walk there.

Very noisy, you can hear everything that is happening in the hallway. Bed is not made for couples as the mattresses are single and there is a big gap between them. Shower was very run down. Rooms otherwise quite modern. Breakfast was delicious. Sauna area was okay, but to declare two saunas and a steam sauna as a spa and relax is a bit euphemistic. The location is not very central, but many hiking trails are possible.

Spent a weekend there with friends and family. Since wellness was advertised very strongly, we chose this hotel. All in all it was ok for us. Perhaps a few more suggestions that would round off your stay: move the sauna to 3 p.m. at the weekend instead of 5 p.m., since most guests go to dinner from 6:30 p.m. and before that, especially if the weather is bad want to do a few sauna sessions. Heat the water in the swimming pool, otherwise it cannot be used for smaller children. Reconsider the beverage supply during the day. Bar only opens at 8:00 p.m. Unfortunately, the majority of our gastronomic turnover did not stay in the hotel. Too bad. Very positive : breakfast rich, appetizing and with local products. The service staff extremely courteous and attentive. Front desk: mostly friendly and helpful. Check in and check out uncomplicated and fast. We didn't find the check-in time of 4:00 p.m. ideal. Many thanks to everyone who was there for us this weekend.

Right next to the national park, everything is within easy walking distance: Wurmberg, Achtermannshöhe and also Brocken, if tours of more than 20km are not too much for you (Brocken). Sensational BBQ chef from Scotland, the meat was unique! Unfortunately, the salads were rather average. Particularly positive to emphasize are all the employees who were very attentive and friendly. We felt completely comfortable in the Hearts Hotel during our weekend Kuztrip.

Were there in our summer vacation for two with a dog for 7 days. Overall, we really liked the hotel. The food was delicious and varied. The hotel was modern except for the bathrooms. What annoyed us was the cleaning of the room, which only took place when requested (allegedly due to Corona) and the dog fee of €20 per night. Only a thin blanket and a promotional package were provided for the dog. Here one wonders why one had to pay an additional 120€ for the dog if the room was not even cleaned. The address of the too high dog fee on departure was not addressed.

Were passing through by bike, were really hungry. Then had to listen to us, if you didn't book at least half-board, you won't get anything to eat in the restaurant!. We were then forced to go in search of the place, luckily we found something delicious there in a small but nice pizzeria.
